Whether you’ve been a part of church small groups for years or are a newcomer to this environment; whether you lead, coordinate, host, or attend … you know the rich time of fellowship these groups provide. Small groups foster a vulnerability and depth of study that is hard to reach in worship services or personal Bible study.
Today, we want to introduce you to a website a team at Lifeway has been working on rigorously for the last year—smallgroup.com.
Smallgroup.com is an online tool for quickly creating and distributing custom Bible studies. Our team has built a growing library of customizable studies from all 66 books of the Bible and on more than 200 topics. If you lead a Sunday School class or facilitate a small group, you never have to start from a blank sheet of paper again. Here are a few of the ways people are already using smallgroup.com:
- If you’re a Sunday School teacher, you can put together a whole class based on any topic or text you’d like and make it your own.
- If you’re on a church staff and write small group guides for your group leaders, you can align the content to your pastor’s sermon series in minutes.
- If you lead women’s groups, you can quickly and easily create a women-specific study from any of the more than 1,200 Bible studies in this tool. (This one is our favorite!)
