I have missed the post or didn’t get the email for this week.
No worries! Our emails are just reminders to check out our blog (LifeWayWomen.com). Each week the latest session will be posted there. Simply go to LifewayWomen.com and the post will be near the top on the day of the study. You can always search for the Bible study as well on the blog at LifewayWomen.com/OBS.
How do I get the email?
So sorry you didn’t receive it! Make sure you check your spam folder and add churchresources@email1.lifeway.com to your email address book. If you still don’t see it, try searching the title of the Bible study. Sometimes our email providers hide things from us!
I can’t get the video to work!
Try refreshing the page or opening the page in a different browser. Usually that works for us. Sorry for any inconvenience!
Why can’t I see my comment?
So sorry! We monitor all of our comments on LifewayWomen.com and we are getting to them as fast as we can! We are so thankful so many women are doing the online study, but that means our responses may be delayed. Thank you for your patience.
Why don’t you have a Facebook group?
We changed our commenting system to make it easier for you guys to interact and form community here on the blog. That way we can all be in one place discussing together!
What about privacy of comments on the blog?
Use your best judgment about personal information. Don’t share anything you wouldn’t want someone to see.
Please do not share your personal information with others. We want everyone to encourage one another, but be careful. We recommend not giving out your phone numbers or addresses to anyone in the group.
Why was my comment deleted?
This Bible study is intended to be encouraging and uplifting. Any posts or comments otherwise will be deleted.
When will the videos be up every week?
We post them the day of the study at 5am, CT, barring any technical difficulties.
How do I get closed captioning on the videos?
For our online studies, we rely on YouTube to do the Closed Captioning. So if you click on the YouTube button in the bottom right of the video and then click “Watch on YouTube,” it will take you to a viewer with a CC button on the bottom. You can push that to get the closed captioning provided by YouTube.
Will you please leave the videos up longer?
We’re so thankful you have chosen to study with us! Because of licensing and copyrights, we can only offer the videos online for free for a limited time. You can usually purchase or rent the individual downloads of the sessions you miss online starting at $5.99 each.
The Bible study is sold out on Amazon! Where can I buy it?
Lifeway.com will have the study! If you can’t get it yet, you can always come back once your book arrives and catch up on the videos.
I don’t live in the United States. Where can I buy the book?

How do I get my ebook to work?

I haven’t received my book in the mail yet.
