For the past 20 years, God has faithfully used Priscilla Shirer to encourage women to know Him deeply, trust Him fully, and engage His Word with confidence. At Lifeway Women, we’ve had the joy of partnering with Priscilla in that mission, and now we’re celebrating two decades of ministry that have impacted countless lives around the world.
If you’ve ever attended a Going Beyond Live event, gone through one of Priscilla’s Bible studies, or been challenged by one of her books, you’ve experienced her passion for helping people move beyond simply knowing about God to walking with Him daily. Through the teaching of Scripture, Priscilla consistently points women back to the truth of God’s Word and the transforming work of the Holy Spirit—not just so they can understand the Bible intellectually, but so they can live it faithfully.
Over the past 20 years, that message has reached millions.
Priscilla Shirer’s Ministry by the Numbers
Together, we’ve welcomed 262,203 women to 83 live events, gathering in 25 states and 3 countries to worship, study Scripture, and grow in their faith. Through digital experiences, an additional 600,000 participants have joined from wherever they are, proving that the life-changing power of God’s Word knows no geographic boundaries. But the impact extends far beyond attendance numbers.
Since 2019, Going Beyond Live events have partnered with and served 20 local ministries, helping strengthen the work God is already doing in communities across the country. Every event has been an opportunity not only to encourage women personally but also to invest in local churches and ministries that continue serving long after the weekend is over.
Priscilla’s influence through publishing has been equally remarkable. With over 10 million books and Bible studies in the hands of readers, her writing has equipped women to study Scripture with greater confidence, deepen their prayer lives, and discover God’s faithfulness in every season. Whether through beloved studies, insightful books, or resources that continue to disciple generation after generation, her ministry has consistently invited women to encounter God through His Word.
Priscilla Shirer’s Legacy
Yet perhaps the greatest legacy of these past 20 years can’t be measured in attendance, events, or books sold. It’s found in the countless testimonies of women whose lives have been transformed by the gospel. Women who opened a Bible study and found a deeper relationship with Christ. Small groups that became lifelong communities. Leaders who were equipped to disciple others. Families, churches, and communities that have been strengthened because women were encouraged to faithfully follow Jesus.
We’re deeply grateful for Priscilla’s unwavering commitment to biblical truth, her love for the local church, and her willingness to faithfully steward the gifts God has given her. It’s been an honor to partner together in serving women around the world.

As we celebrate 20 years of ministry, we also look ahead with anticipation. We praise God for all He has done through Priscilla Shirer, and we’re expectant for all He will continue to do in the years to come.
