We’re kicking off the new year with a leadership miniseries! Over the next few weeks, you’ll hear from leaders about women in leadership working with mostly men, advice they would give to their younger selves, strategies and tools for leading well, and more.
Becky Loyd, Vice President, Go-to-Market Strategy and Women’s Leadership Development at Lifeway, joins us to talk about her leadership journey at Lifeway, where she has served since 2001. She shares advice for women who find themselves surrounded by men in a professional or ministry environment, as well as how her singleness has provided opportunities and challenges for leadership growth.
