In 2024, we’re continuing to read through the Bible for greater understanding and comprehension. This approach helps us to see how all sixty-six books of the Bible work together to spotlight the one true story of God’s great love for us and our redemption through Jesus.
We’ll be starting year two of our three-year Know His Word plan—perfect for women with busy lives! While this may seem long, it avoids the trap of biting off more than you can chew and feeling discouraged when you fall behind. (We’ve all been there!)
We’re in it for the long haul. This plan focuses on the journey of reading through God’s Word and allows for more prayer and reflection.
Here are a few tips for building a habit of staying in the Word this year and beyond:
- Choose a specific time and place for your reading until your habit is well established.
- Don’t beat yourself up if you miss a few days! Simply set aside time to get cozy and get caught up.
- Read along with a close friend and share what God is teaching each of you through the passages.
- Follow along on the Lifeway Women app to connect with other women as you study God’s Word.
