CHURCH HOST FAQS
Can I host it on another day?
Absolutely! Churches can host the simulcast up to sixty days later. Just choose a date that works best for the women in your church.
Do I have to be tech-savvy?
Not at all. You simply need an internet-connected device and a group of women hungry for the Word of God.
How can my church afford it?
With the ability to set your own ticket prices, you can offset the cost of hosting (and possibly fundraise money for future ministry needs).
How do I make time in my busy schedule to organize this event?
Let us put your mind at ease! When you register your church, you’ll get immediate access to free planning and promotional resources to help make your event a successful one. Plus, you’ll be assigned a regional simulcast specialist to answer your questions along the way.
SMALL GROUP HOST FAQS
How do I register my group?
When hosting a small group, think of it like our live events—everyone requires a ticket! You have the option to register all of your group and share access, or each person can register herself. No need to worry about connecting your group on live.lifeway.com. As long as everyone has registered, you’re good to go!
How do I share access with my group?
If you registered your group, sharing access is easy! Simply follow these steps:
- Log in to my.lifeway.com.
- Click “Manage Access” from the menu.
- Click the blue “Manage Access” button next to the Lifeway Women Simulcast you want to share.
- Choose one of the two ways to share access: Enter each email address you’d like to share access with in the first section or click the blue “Copy” button under the “Share Link” section to share with all your attendees at one time.
- Your attendees will click the link to redeem their code and get a confirmation email.
- You, as the host, will be able to see who has redeemed a code and keep up with your “user” count on the Manage Access page of my.lifeway.com.
What do I receive as a small group host?
The biggest benefit is our Small Group Host Guide which provides all the tips and tricks for how to be the best host! That, along with graphics to invite your friends on social media, will set you up for success!
What do I need to watch the simulcast?
All you need is an internet-connected device! You may also want to have a pen, paper, and, of course, a Bible!
Can I watch the simulcast on my TV?
You can! The best way is to use our free Lifeway On Demand app available on Roku, Apple TV, and Amazon Fire TV.
Will I be able to connect with others watching?
Definitely! That’s the beauty of the simulcast! You might be watching by yourself physically, but you’ll be connected to thousands online. Share what God is teaching you with others in our community chat on the player page of live.lifeway.com.
