Digital Training Now Available With You Lead Virtual

One of the greatest joys of my work at Lifeway is the opportunity to travel around the country and meet women who are leading in various roles, including ministry, marketplace, and much more. Meeting these leaders face-to-face at our You Lead events gives me the chance to network in various contexts, answer their questions, and hear ways God is using them.

But things have changed in a dramatic way this year! Because several events have been canceled due to COVID-19, we had an immediate need to still connect with leaders and provide important training in a different format. The result is a new product called You Lead Virtual, a digital training event that you can access on your own time and in the convenience of your own space. 

While You Lead Virtual can’t quite replace a live event, you can purchase a digital pass for only twenty dollars and receive two and a half hours of video teaching on various subjects that are taught at live events. Seven sessions are available, and each is approximately twenty minutes in length. They are taught by the same Lifeway Women trainers that teach at live events and are condensed versions of the one-hour sessions you would normally experience.

Topics you will discover with a You Lead Digital Pass include: “Leading In the Midst of a Crisis,” “Building a Ministry Team,” “The #MeToo and #ChurchToo Movement,” “Encouragement for the All Day Worker,” “Cultivating Next Gen Leaders,” “Suffering: Leading and Teaching,” and “Small Group Discipleship.” In addition to the video teaching, a virtual notebook is included as a bonus. The notebook includes detailed handouts for each session and can be copied for use with teams.
