Whether you plan to root for the Seattle Seahawks or the Denver Broncos this weekend, you’re gonna need some party food to fuel all that aggressive cheering. Make this dip to go with your football buffet. You can even assemble it ahead of time and pop it in the oven just before hungry guests arrive.
Warm Spinach and Artichoke Dip

Ingredients
1 box frozen chopped spinach, thawed
1 14-ounce can artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
1 cup sour cream
½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 cup shredded part-skim mozzarella, divided
8 ounces cream cheese, softened and cut into cubes
4 cloves of garlic, minced
1 teaspoon black pepper
1 teaspoon (or more) Louisiana hot sauce
Directions

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.

Squeeze all excess liquid from spinach.

Toss spinach, artichoke hearts, sour cream, Parmesan cheese, ½ cup mozzarella, cream cheese, garlic, pepper, and hot sauce into a food processor. Pulse until you reach desired consistency.

Pour into a 1-quart baking dish and top with remaining ½ cup shredded mozzarella.

Bake, uncovered, until warm and bubbly (about 30 minutes).
- Serve with pita chips, celery, carrots, or just spoons.
