Think it’s too late to host the simulcast at your church? Think again!
The Lifeway Women Simulcast is just one month away, but that’s still plenty of time to plan a thoughtful, fun, and meaningful gathering. We’re breaking the details down to help you pull off the event of the year in no time at all. Get ready to gain encouragement to continue pursuing Christ in the midst of your daily life.
The beauty of hosting a digital event is that you get to choose if you want to go big or keep it simple. Below is a timeline for both options:
From there, you can choose to:
KEEP IT SIMPLE
- Pray about your involvement in the event and ask God to help you in your planning and to use the event for His glory!
- Test your technical setup and connection.
- Register at lifeway.com/lwsimulcast
- Promote your simulcast through word of mouth and social media.
- Have enough comfy seats for everyone attending.
- Tell everyone they’re on their own for meals!
- Connect your computer to the Internet and enjoy the simulcast!
You can stop here if you want to! It’s that easy, but even with just one month to plan, you could level up and have a more robust event. Here’s a timeline to help.
