We had an incredible time at the Lifeway Women Live event and simulcast this past weekend! The event centered around pursuing Christ together in grace. The almost 2,000 women who attended Lifeway Women Live in sunny Orlando were joined by over 170 churches, 200 small groups, and thousands of individuals who tuned into the simulcast from all 50 states and 10 different countries. This event was a blessing to women around the globe, and it’s not too late for you to join us! Click here to join the fun and be encouraged in truth!
Our morning started with an incredible worship experience with Wildfire Worship Collective. Whether you were live at the event or worshiping through the screen with other simulcast viewers, these talented musicians helped point our hearts to the Lord and prepared us for the day.

Jen Wilkin began the morning defining the concept of grace in light of justice and mercy. She then shared the boundless nature of God’s grace in John 21. What a needed encouragement for our hearts!

We got to hear an interview with Courtney Doctor and found out some fun things about her (You’ll never guess what her favorite dessert is!), as well as hear her heart for our Savior. She also shared about her new study on the book of Romans (In View of God’s Mercies) and what God has taught and continues to teach her about His grace.

Jada Edwards had us rolling with laughter one second and filled with honest, God-given conviction the next as she taught on the grace of deep confession in Psalm 51. She reminded us that God does His best building in our brokenness.

We had the opportunity to hear from Compassion International and learn how to partner with this ministry as they continue to give lifesaving support to moms and babies around our world.
Kristi McLelland took the stage and set a biblical feast for us to learn the truths taught in Psalm 23 through a first-century, Middle Eastern cultural lens. By understanding the Bible in its original setting, we learn that Jesus is even better than we imagined!

Ellie Holcomb sang some of our favorite songs like “Fighting Words” and reminded us about who God is and what He does in and through us.

Kelly Minter led a panel discussion on demonstrating God’s grace in a divided culture. This would be a great discussion to continue in your own groups and churches.

Jennifer Rothschild told some of her personal story about her struggle with blindness and shared how she finds strength in God’s grace and goodness. She also gave us a memorable acronym for grace and led us in a meaningful time of prayer.

Kelly Minter encouraged us with truths about God’s grace taken from Scripture and reminded us that God doesn’t speak to us in shame but through boundless grace. Jesus came to restore!

To close out our incredible event, Jackie Hill Perry spoke about the power of our tongues and the ability to have self-control through the power of the Holy Spirit. She encouraged us that our words should be filled with worship to the only One worthy!
